春のパルまつり is a community-driven fashion event held in Koenji Pal Shopping Street, where the arcade transforms into a one-day runway celebrating local culture and self-expression. I defined the visual identity and campaign system across its 2025 and 2026 editions.
Each year’s concept shaped the direction, from the playful and otherworldly “Welcome Aliens” in 2025 to the more open and inclusive “Walk as You Are” in 2026. The visuals extended across print, signage, and social media, creating a cohesive presence throughout the event.
